Help with our website
What does it mean ‘register’ or ‘login’ with the website?
You don’t have to register with the Resurgence website if you don’t want to. The only time you have to ‘register’ is if you are using the shop, and then, registering means only providing your name, address and contact details so that we can process the order and ensure that the correct postage is added.
We will be adding new features to the website including articles and pages that are restricted to Resurgence members. If you are a member of Resurgence, you will need to register in order to see members’ only content on the website.
OK, so how do I register?
All members: If you have a Resurgence membership, please register on the website as your details will not automatically have been added to the new website system.
The email address you use when registering will be the one used for all communications between you and Resurgence.
When you have registered you will receive a password by email. Use the email address and password to log in at the top of any page.
If you have already registered, you will have received a new password by email. Use your email address and password to login (at the very top of every page) and off you go. If you have an e-membership, you will already be registered. Use the email address and password associated with your e-membership to login.
Lost your password?
If you have lost your password (remember to check whether the email has been filtered into a junk folder) you can get it sent to you again here. Use the second box down the page and enter the email address you used to register. Your password will be emailed to you.
We have spent a long time trying to ensure the system is robust. Things do, however, occasionally go wrong. In which case email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to sort it out for you. Please tell us as much detail about the problem as possible, which page, what was the error message (if any). Please include your full name, membership number, the email address you are using and any other information you think might help.
